BiPWiB - A Shaman Kid's Camp - Summer 2019
What does BiPWiB stand for? “Breathe in Peace, Walk in Beauty” and now say, “Walk in Peace, Breathe in Beauty”. This is a Native American walking meditation and in ancient times this meditation would assist members of the tribe in being very conscious with every step of their journey while creating an experience of Oneness with Nature, Mother Earth and the Universe.
In a world full of distractions and disconnection BiPWiB Shaman Kid’s Camp offers an opportunity for children and parents to connect, Soul to Soul; with Nature, the Earth and the Universe.
This 2-Day, 2-weekend summer camp, July 20-21 and August 24-25, 2019, is located on Hoo Doo Mountain in Northern Idaho just a little over an hour from Spokane and 45-minutes from both Coeur d'Alene and Sandpoint. Children ages 6-12 can participate and must be accompanied by at least one parent. Parents with children under age 6 may attend with their child (contact JoBeth for further information).
Camp Staff and Volunteers have collaborated to create a fun and engaging program for children and parents, complete with educational components and experiential, hands-on opportunities to help them define and explore their Soul while feeling capable and empowered. The second weekend builds upon the skills and discoveries gained by children and parents during the first weekend. A Shaman Kid's Club will be available to children and parents one evening a month, September through June, to support them in using and integrating the skills learned at summer camp.
